Warranties and Claims

The products displayed on our website are the results of a careful selection of our collection. We have taken special care showing, with great accuracy, the colors and characteristics of our articles. However, as the caliber from each monitor/screen is different, we will not be able to guarantee your choice to match colors with total accuracy.

If you receive a wrong order or any defective product, please contact us immediately within a 24 hour period at the following e-mail address: info@supercheria.com, pointing out the mistake or defect, together with your personal data.

In case of packaging problems, you should immediately notify it to the delivery service at the moment of the order receipt.

We will proceed to thoroughly examine the returned product and will inform you by email, within a reasonable period of time, about the return or replacement of the goods (if proceeds). The return or replacement of the article will be carried out as soon as possible and within 30 days from the date in which you received the email confirming the return or replacement of the defective article.

The amount incurred for those articles returned, due to any defect (when there is confirmation of the defect), will be completely reimbursed, including postage and packaging. The method of refund will always be the same as used to pay the original order. The rights recognized by the regulations currently in force are except for this.
