Shipments and returns

For security reasons, Supercheria will send no order to any Post-Office Box or Military Base, and will never accept any order if the order's addressee or address is not identifiable.

When using PayPal as payment method, no changes will be allowed on the order's address once the order is closed.

Shipment Expenses and conditions

Orders valued at over 500 Euros within the Iberian Peninsula Freight within Spain and Portugal and orders valued at over 500 euros will be free of freight charges.

Outside the Peninsula, prices will be as follow:

-       Spain and Portugal (orders under 5Kgs of weight and value under 600 euros) ........................................................: 15 euros?

-       The Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (Sunject to prior agreement) 25 euros

Delivery time

Once the order is out of our store, customers will receive an email of order acceptance and shipping notification. An external courier firm makes the shipping. The order will be delivered within the next 15 working days since the email of notification. In case of wrong address or absence of the customer, there is an option for picking up in the address indicated by the courier service or a second delivery with an additional cost of 10 Euros.

If by any reason there is a shipping delay, we will inform of the situation and schedule the new estimated delivery date.

The delivery dates are always estimated and depend on the stock in our studio. In case of exceeding these delivery dates, the customer will be informed but the order will not be cancelled. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform of any order errors within the next 10 working days. The customer should also check the delivery and in case of any error or problem regarding the delivered goods, the customer should email Supercheria specifying personal information, order number, and incident description. We will contact the customer as soon as possible in order to solve the incident.
